I'm getting remarried and my fiance's brother told him to be careful w/ his finances in case my ex ever decides to sue.
I'm wondering what could he EVER sue for that would effect my soon to be husband?Is it possible for one parent to sue the other?
I don't know what he could sue you for, but it is a good idea to keep separate finances just in case. Who knows, someone might sue him and put your money at risk! If you have separate finances, if anything happens, at least one of you will still have whatever savings you need to keep going.
