Can you sign out of school at 15 in New Jersey if your parent agrees to sign you out?

My step brother wants to sign out of school but hes only 15 and doesn't turn 16 til may. But my dad is agreeing to sign him out so can he do it?Can you sign out of school at 15 in New Jersey if your parent agrees to sign you out?
Your dad should talk to a guidance counselor, they know the rules. I don't know the situation, but I think your dad is giving up too easily on him. Instead of allowing him to quit he should look into alternative schooling where people with difficulties are more understood and can still graduate. These programs are decently successful. Being a quitter can only hurt his self esteem. Can you sign out of school at 15 in New Jersey if your parent agrees to sign you out?
I would say no, but it depends on the state and school's policies. Have your Dad personally talk to your teachers so that they have an understanding that it is ok. Otherwise, it probably won't be accepted considering your brother's age.
