How can you collect child support money if the parent doesn't want to pay and moves out of state?

He owes over $20,000 and child support services doesn't do anything about it.How can you collect child support money if the parent doesn't want to pay and moves out of state?
File a motion in family court seeking back child support. Ask for garnishment of wages. How can you collect child support money if the parent doesn't want to pay and moves out of state?
Go to your cities/counties district attorney. Most of them have a dead beat parent division. File a complaint against the dead beat and they will go after him and garnish their wages. It does not make any difference if they live out of state or not. Just as long as his responsibility to pay is a part of the final judgment for your dissolution.
I would get a judgement against him for the money he owes up to now and go to that state and have them provide that judgment full faith and credit and enforce it upon him.
