Will this cause problems when I submit pay stubs that show the parent company on the checks ?Can an H1-B visa holder for a subisidiary company prove status if pay stubs are from parent company ?
It doesnt matter. Pay stubs show that you work, and that happens all the time. If they are not sure they will check into it.
But you will be fine.
