you need to get your parents to a notary public, usually at a bank.

and anyone who needs a parents consent should not be going to visit anyone but a parent in a lock up.What does it mean when my parent need to make a notarized letter ?
Notarized means it needs to be signed in front of %26amp; by a Notary Public. The fee for this is about $1 if anything. You can find a Notary at a Currency Excahnge, or possibly at your bank.

As far as a mailing address for an inmate @ the Prison? You can prbably get the address from Google %26amp; then address it to the person you are attempting to contact.

It means you have to go to a place where they have a notary, usually notarys are in a bank or post office, so that the notary can witness both parties signing the letter, and then the notary will stamp a seal on the letter.

Google for the address.
