I need to get my money out of my minor bank account at sun trust. I turn 17 in a few weeks. I need the cash to buy a motorcycle. I'll do whatever it takes, just as long as I am left with a significant portion of my hard earned wages when it's all over and done with. You can't... simple as that. Sun Trust will not release the funds. Face it you are still a child.

If it is a trust account in your parent's names with you as the beneficiary, there is nothing you can do. You have to wait until you are 18.
