How do you get involved in being a foster parent??

Can anybody out there tell me how do you get involved in being a foster parent? What website to go to? Who to call? Where to go? Or any information that will be useful and helpful in me becoming a foster parentHow do you get involved in being a foster parent??
Yes, I am one myself. Go to your local Department of Human Services, Child and Human Development center - each county has one that is goverend by your state. Ask them to give you paperwork on becoming a Foster parent. You''' start by filling out background check info, homes studies, go to classes, etc.. Get in touch with your local Dept of Human Services
Call your local family services or children's aid offices. Foster care goes through them. Why do you want to be a foster parent?
Contact your' local Department of Human Services or Child Protective Services.
