my girl doesnt want her parents to kno shes doin the do... lol i use a condom every time but she needs birth control. is there anyway she could get it without her parents knowing? How does a girl get birth control without her parent knowing?
I would recommend visiting the sexual health/birth control clinic. They are very helpful, the prices are much cheaper than a pharmacy prescription as there are no dispensing fees. Everything is confidential so no one will need to know. I commend you both on taking steps to ensure your safety and well-being! :)How does a girl get birth control without her parent knowing?
I got on the pill years ago when I was 17. I went through Planned Parenthood. Just have her tell them that her parents aren't aware so that if they have to call the house to leave a message or something, they're discreet (even better if she has a cell phone so parents don't have to intercept her calls). They called me once to confirm an appt and just said, ';This is her doctor's office'; and they planned this out with me in advance. The staff there are used to dealing with women who don't share everything with their parents so they're pretty with it and willing to work with the patient to maintain confidentiality. It's smart that you guys are being careful about birth control. Good for you.
Take her to your local heath department. They should be able to help you. Call and tell them you would like to get on the pill, or some other hormonal method, and specifically ask if they need parental consent. Mine didn't. Plus, it is much cheaper than going to a regular gyno because they only give you a prescription, and the HD gives you the medication directly either for free or a small fee.
planned parenthood. but i think you have to be 18 to get it without a parent's consent. plus, pill packs are about $20 a pack now, unless you have really good insurance. but, if you use insurance, her parents will know too.
You can go to a Planned Parenthood, everything is confidential there.
have her go to like planned parenthood, have her schedule a visit to the gyno and u take her
planned parenthood offers confidentiality.
