Yes the U.S. Citizen child can get medicaid. If both parents are in the home then they will still look at the income of both parents even if it is cash under the table. As long as they are not over the income limit then the child will be covered. They will not deport the father to mexico for this either, if he brakes the law then he will be deported, or if immigration catches up with him. The welfare office does not turn in illegal's any more because to many children were going without medical attention and food because the parents were afraid of getting deported. They felt it was in the best interest of the child to make sure the child was taken care. Welfare lets other agency's take care of their job themselves.

What is the likelihood of a non-custodial parent receiving summertime visitation?
I recently filed a motion against my ex to get summertime visitation as well as 2 nights a week, every other weekend and 2 weeks of vacation time. What is the likelihood that I will receive all of this? If it is not likely, how much time is likely? I live in NJ.What is the likelihood of a non-custodial parent receiving summertime visitation?
The two nights a week would be very disruptive to the child. Depending on why you do not have visitation, that can be modified. But I doubt that any court would go from zero to almost 50-50. Don't know the age of the child, this also matters in the decision making. I think it works like this: The parent network makes, or produces the show in question. or a private production company makes the show and sells it to the network. The network, in turn, shops the show to sponsors which pay a hefty fee to advertise during the show and the network (theoretically) makes money.

What have understood about your parents now that you became a parent yourself?
I figured it out...LOL.
I think the most important thing I understood about my parents was that although they had some old-fashioned ideas about a lot of things, that really wasn't such a bad thing, although at the time, I thought they were ';stuck in a time-warp';.
Once I became a parent, I realized the reasons why they did certain things the way they did regarding disiplinary actions. What have understood about your parents now that you became a parent yourself?
I have learned NOT to be like my parents! I have a 7 month old daughter and the most important thing I want her to know is that I am there for her 100% no matter what. I know what it felt like growing up and not being able to talk to my mom about girl stuff. If a girl does not have their Mom to talk to then they won't get the proper facts and proper guidance to grow up and respect herself. That is the number one thing I want her to know forever and always! I want to be her support system and protection.What have understood about your parents now that you became a parent yourself?
That the advice my mother always gave and the paths she tried to steer me on were actually really smart and wise and I would have listened. I hope that my son is smart enough to realize these things....but alas, most of the time it's just a part of life not to realize your parents were right until it's probably either too late or you've become a parent yourself.

i dont really understand much about my parents because they definitely werent the best. my mom couldnt handle staying at home with a 4 year old and 1 year old so she went to work and my dad stayed home i dont understand how she couldve not been able to handle it sure its frustrating at times and i know that lol and im only pregnant with number two lol but i couldnt leave my kids all day with a man who beats them. my father hes actually learned alot from me and my sister i think. he used to beat me but he sees how much we love our children and do not use that kind of punishment. my sister on the other hand does not use any punishment not even time out which i disagree very much with, sure i may not whip my kid but i will atleast get them to understand and listen. so in ways even as a teenage mother i think my father has learned more from me than i have of him and as of my mother im not sure bc she wasnt around much and i chose to have my children young and im happy i did ive never been happier!
That they truly did do things for my own good. They weren't trying to be mean or keep me from anything. They were trying to protect me from harm. Emotionally %26amp; physically. That u love ur children unconditionally no matter what. And that no matter what u will always take ur kids side. Even when they are wrong. hehe.

Mine was, I suffered immensely for her lack of emotional and financial maturity.
Why we went just allowed out whenever we wanted to and when my mum said ';its because I care about you'; she really did care and wasnt trying to ruin my life like I thought she was
