How do you get a refund from the parent company in a scam situation?

I posted a question under beauty about this product sold in the mall as a vendor booth called SEACRET and another person had similar feedback. I then went to the company Web site and see that a product that they sold me for $130 is actually supposed to be $49.95. I paid with my Bank of America debit card and I think my boyfriend threw in some green cash too (he owed me money at the time)

What's the best way to communicate with the parent company to just give the product back and get my money back?

background--

Has anyone seen or purchased anything from the vendor/booth in the mall called SEACRET. We totally got scammed and they were intensely high-pressure. The salt-bath alone was $130.00. that is no typo. We ended up spending $200 on a bunch of product we didn't want and I told my BF to not argue with them anymore and we would simply bring it back. Again, they were insanely pushy and would NOT let us get away. This was Thanksgiving weekend and 3 weeks later (see below for more)How do you get a refund from the parent company in a scam situation?
You fell for that, so the company will not give you a refund, nor should they.

However, since you used your debit card, call the bank and tell them that you were charged the wrong price. How do you get a refund from the parent company in a scam situation?
i doubt that you will get a refund

but if you do decide to send the stuff back, please put a tracking label on the package to be sure that someone actually got it.

You dont want to be out of the product and the money too.

Call the better business Bureau and see if anyone else has any complaints on them.

I honestly dont see how they got you to buy something that you did not want soo I couldnt really see any criminal charges as a result of same

If that should happen again, just hang up the phone or walk away

it is YOUR money and YOU decide how you spend it.
